The Birth of the Runik Knights

In 880 AC, Malvik Daranor came up with an enchanting recipe that could utilize the properties of the Runik Stone in a very effective way, by cutting a portion of it and embedding it upon pieces of armour, thus creating an elite team of warriors that could fight against magic users of all kinds. The plan froze for several years after the death of King Diarkal Goutenor, but was fleshed out in 1108 AC under the reign of Gerwin Goutenor.
