Aurum Flower
The Aurum is a flowering plant that is traditionally difficult to maintain without having the insight to take care of its needs. It is a flower that is cultivated throughout the year before being given as a gift on holiday of Celestia's Grace in the month of Harvest.
Care of these flowers comes from many years of building intuition for its needs.
If a family happens to have lost their flower it is expected that a friend comes alongside to give them a bulb or seedling and helps them cultivate it.

Physicality:
Aurum flowers are a part of the Lilium genus, growing from a bulb that can withstand the harshest winters and then featuring a large, prominent flower at maturity.
Aurum flowers are named for the aurora borealis. While they maintain a baseline soft, blue glow upon bloom, once they reach full maturity and health their fluorescence peaks and resembles the beauty of the northern lights.

The flowers symbolize one's inner spirit and the need to nurture and tend to its needs. During the holiday, it is fully expected that those with thriving flowers to reach out and help families and/or individuals who have lost their flowers as a way of coming together and building community and interpersonal strength.
