Keepers

Keepers are people or magi-tech soldiers who have sworn allegiance to the Lich King and act as the Umberian enforcers.
They uphold policies, usually utilizing excessive force to impose tight curfew (dusk) and disband religious practices, and are known to terrorize people needlessly.

Since the fall of the Lich King, the Keepers have maintained their clutch on the people. Rumors vary on the reason for this. Some say the Lich King has taken a new body, maintaining the Keepers devotion. Others say that there is a new lord over the Keepers orchestrating the maintenance of their order. Then still others say that it was the Keepers idea to have a totalitarian society the entire time.
