Leviathan's Tooth

Busy coastal town that harbors both sea and sky ships. People come to trade, but pirates also frequent it since they can usually get a good steal in. However, law enforcement have become a heavier presence because of this.

• With proper paperwork and coin, this is a popular harbor to head out to Cetonius and Volaria.
• Leviathan's Tooth is one of the few harbors that can accommodate sky ships

Like with most other towns, slums pepper the outer portions. If pirates make port, they tend to stay by the harbor where the money is, but their shadier dealings often take place in the Floater district where people are less likely to do anything about what they may or may not have witnessed. The Harbor district is where most of the merchants congregate so pirates are more coy here.
