Gob Lob Ogre Tribe
These Ogres come from a long line that ties them in blood to the land they inhabit. As long as history dates back, this area has always had an ogre problem. Usually they gather in smaller bands, current dire circumstances, rising enemies and food shortages has forced these ogres to bond together. At one point they decided they were stronger together, and they're right.
Structure
Very crude, there's the king, some bodyguards (giants) and then the rest of the rabble. The king gets to eat first and no killing each other. Those are the only laws this crude society has, rated from highest to lowest in importance.
