Parico

Home of the Napolstians. A culturally rich Kingdom under the authority of the empire. State/Church approved art and literature flourish here. Militarily they supply the Empire with it's massive cavalry. This city is the farthest south the empire gets and it's reach extends to the mountains to the south. This is typically the last point one reaches before venturing south into the unclaimed wild lands. The people here live under imperial law however are more lax and tolerant towards other races however magic is still seen as heresy. That doesn't go to say you won't find any friends here. Imperial law isn't enforced as brutally here.
