Durgath Blade of Tides
This Shortsword Appears to be made of Damascus Steel Dark Swirls of Silver and Dark Blue course through the blade and the Handle is made from Ivory with Scrimshaw Carvings upon the handle of waves crashing on rocks can be seen on the handle. The Blade has been enchanted with the following powers:
+1 to hit and +1 to damage (1d6+1)
2x per day wielder can invoke the blades name "Durgath!" and the next successful hit will do an additional 2d8 Force damage as if the target has been hit with surging tidal waves. If the target is hit it will become wet if the target is wielding a candle, torch or lantern or a DC 15 Dexterity save is made or the light is extinguished. Targets Concentrating need to make a DC15 save vs Constitution or their concentration is broken.
