Vorago generally has more interaction with other planes than most conventional material worlds, and this applies to the Far Realm as well. Most especially when the comet is travelling through patches of physical space far from other inhabited systems, the psychic emanations of the Great Old Ones are especially noisy, and cults often spring up.
