The Dragonmother

The ancient metallic dragon who raises the blue wyrmlings of the Cobalt Coalition. Her motives are unknown to the general public, but she effectively socializes the blue dragons toward hesitant cooperativity (though they retain their pride). She remains, despite her metallic color, one of the most beloved people in the Coalition (by dragons, that is).
