The Tribal Accord

The rules that the clans of Darval agreed to abide by and through it became a nation.

Purpose

This acts as the founding document of the nation. It holds the core rules of the nation, including how additional laws are created.

The Tribal Accord

1. The clans shall cease bloodshed amongst themselves and use alternative means to settle grievances both internal and external within the nation.
2. Decisions for the nation shall be overseen by The Tribal Council, made up of representatives of the following clans: Thunderstrike, Forstglide, Bloodtrack, Treecleave, Deepstrike
3. All decisions must be made during official meetings where all representatives are present.
4. Representatives of other clans of the nation may attend the meetings to voice their opinions.
5. Clans may be added to the tribal council should they be of sufficient size and standing.
6. Likewise a clan can be removed from the tribal council should they no longer hold sufficient standing.
7. None from another country may hold standing on the council.
8. A special guard known as The Gotal Guard shall be created to enforce the rules established with this accord.

The clans of Darval agree to abide by the rules outlined here in order to insure continued freedom and independence from those whom may try to invade.
