Biography
Neal is a young man who grew up in Tri-Island City. Living in a rough neighborhood growing up and seeing his friends and family treated in bad ways made him want to learn how to defend himself. He began studying the ancient art of Tai Chi in middle school. In high school he joined the lifting club and spent much of his time hitting the heavy bag. Neal began working as a security officer in a mall while attending school as a physical science major. One day in his mid 20’s, a taekwondo school opened up in the mall he worked at. After weeks of watching he finally joined in and found one of his passions. He has trained and studied many years, eventually earning his red belt which he is very proud of.
Neal had branched out and taken odd jobs for hire here and there.

Appearance
Neal is a man in his late 20's who has brown hair and daek brown eyes. He is lean and atheltic due to his martial arts training and has a slightly crooked nose from it being broken so many times. He has a scruffy beard and mustache and stands around 5'11".

Modern Nights
Neal was hired by “TJR” to go inside and take over the security room of the Botanical Gardens. While there he encountered Everlast Lacroix. The two had a semi-fight, resulting in Neal successfully fending off Everlast’s attacks. Everlast saw his potential through his martial arts techniques and decided to tell him what to do. He explained the situation to Neal and convinced him to join his side. After the fight against Hef broke out, Neal was shot, but not before using a flying sidekick to disable an enemy that was firing at Everlast. Everlast ghouled Neal to save his life, which Neal cherishes. Neal now believes that through the code of honor, he now owes Everlast Lacroix his life and will do anything to pay back this eternal debt.
