Astral Plane

The Astral Plane is a seemingly endless space between planes. It looks like a sea of planets and stars but each planet is actually a major plane while each star is actually a small demiplane created through various means (such as Planar Palace and Spacious Pouches). While each and every plane is visible from anywhere in the Astral Plane, its immense size means it is almost impossible to enter any plane by physically traveling through the Astral Plane. If someone managed to traverse the far reaches of space in their own plane they would likely not even notice where the edges of space of their own plane end and the start of the Astral Plane begins.
