The Turmoil

The Turmoil is a massive, writhing storm of chaotic, ever-changing matter taken from all of the elemental, celestial, infernal, and life planes. The Turmoil constantly floats throughout the @astra and often effects the other planes it encompasses in random ways as well as altering its orbit through the Planar Universe.
