Bronze Tier

Bucktooth Billy (completed) The bloody man is a hitman for the Dustbin Dicers gang down in the southwest quadrant of the Industrial District. Recently been targeting officers in the area. Take him out, we want him brought in dead. 500 go.
The Scurvy Skirter (completed) This has been the name given to a new sadistic serial killer in the Port District who we believe was inspired by the Bloodjester killings. The belly skin of the victims are flayed down to rest over their thighs like skirts as they are strung to the saltwater docs, drained of vitality, and appearing to have scurvy. The inquisitors are happy to share information if it leads to the quick arrest of this estranged individual. 350 gp to aid in the investigation.
A Ragtag Band of Thieves. A group of thieves in the Subdistrict of Energy have been connected to a recent series of burglaries in the Residential District. Inquisitors have boiled their identities down to the following people (profile paintings included):

Silver Tier

Tong Lee A leader of the Cult of the Phoenix known as Tong Lee. He's believed to oversee a staff of recruiters and even deploy what they call Retribution Squads. Bring him in alive. 100 gp.
Shadowscale An infamous thief by the name of Shadowscale has been involved with the arson of Julius Estate. We believe him to be a contracted hire by the Cult of the Phoenix. He is known to be a master of his illegal profession. Bring him in alive or dead with proof of who he is. 350 gp. Evidence of his contacts, hirers, or connections will yield an additional 75 gp each.

Gold Tier National Bounties

The Curse Maker: a priestess of Mystra was found to be involved in curse work, black magic, assaulted a Vyscarian Guard City Marshall, and fled. Since the curse, the Marshall has experienced twisted deformities and crippling mutation, and two bounty hunters have lost their sight and hearing. This crime is in direct violation of the Spellbind Treaty of Monolithia 1714. The Temple of Mystra, which is located a quarter mile down the footpath off the Dragonheight Foothills Crossroads located a mile west of Quincitown (map included), is now barricaded from the inside, the High Priestess suspected in aiding in the escape of the Black Witch. The only Clerics, god-touched priests, known to cure curses in the province lie in the Temple. (Painting attached and citizen file). Find Mary White, the runaway curse witch, and bring her in alive or kill her if necessary. Bring her body to the Coroner's Office on 132 Center Street, Watch House 12th of Quincitown, Ravshaveria: 180 gp reward. Be wary that the Witch is beguiling and bewitching in her very nature, and will not hesitate to stretch the truth. The High Priestess is also traitor to the Crown in violation of the Treaty by aiding the Curse Witch. Cult of the Phoenix Chapter Leaders in the Industrial District of Gleanhold, Gildaven and Monolithia, Ravshaveria, and Galadriel. The reward is 260 gp per chapter leader caught, 10 gp per cultist caught, and 12 gp per recruiter caught, 100 gp per safehouse uncovered. Bring them in alive with evidence of their involvement (or receive payment after their involvement is confirmed by the city watch) or call the Watch to an exposed safehouse. The cult’s chapters are the most aggressive in Galadriel with targeted violence and public disruption causing bedlam in the Kingdom. For each member caught there, the reward is increased by 10 gp for cultists, 20gp for recruiters, and raised to 300 for leaders, and 150 gp for safehouses.
Traitorous Informant. Akiban Rox (we know) was found guilty for trading information about merchant caravans with a recent tribe of goblin bandits, who retreated to the northern Ridgewater Province of Galadriel. He was lost during a retreat into the Cragridge Canyon before the search team was ambushed by a tribe of goblins, forcing them to retreat. A witness approached the Vyscarian Guard, informing them that they saw the posted fugitive passing through the Ulsted Ruins, heading northwest, which lie just north of the Galadriel border. If any bounty hunter wishes to make the trek past Vyscarian borders, Lord Cyrus Welliver V wants his head. Reward: 120 gp.
Bandits of Empire Road. Bandits have taken advantage of the undead crisis in the Plum Forests, committing highway robbery. The Wildland Rangers have tracked the location of bandits to Kilican, Merc’s Rest, Gildaven, Steelshoor, Wilton, and Dewgrove- Ravshaveria. Any bounty hunters may report to the City Watch with this bounty to be permitted to investigate and aid in capturing these scumbags once and for all. Use lethal force if necessary. 100 gp per bandit group neutralized.
