Edwin Belloc

Head of the thieves' guild in Tragus , Edwin Belloc helms a group of 30-50 rogues and thieves that skim off the top of the bazaar and trade traffic in the area. They are located out of the fish market and regularly steal from caravans leaving Tragus. He was one of the few in Tragus who became aware of strange happenings due to General Belegor Agrivar . After an encounter with Wade and Associates at the fish market, information was given to Wade and Associates that pointed them to Belegor.
