Dai'an Assertia

The Dai'an Assertia are a series of outdoor amphitheatres belonging to a mysterious entity or entities known as the Dai'an. They are located on the island of Dur'Andal, a part of the Holy City of Hope, capital of Nurin. Individuals may submit proposals for lectures to the Dai'an's go-betweens and, if the proposals are accepted, conduct the lectures at an assigned amphitheatre. Debate and discussion are common; it is expected the lecturers are able to back up their views and the formatting tends to be much more egalitarian and interactive than traditional universities. Nonetheless the Dai'an Assertia are among the richest collections of knowledge on the plane, perhaps the most up-to-date as there is little bureaucratic convolution.
