Gallan is a halfling from a small village called Partridge, near Honeywell Glen. She grew up believing that her village was very boring and closed-minded, and at age 22, decided to leave home forever to seek adventure. Shortly after, she was robbed by bandits. She was too ashamed to return home, not wanting to hear people say that they tried to warn her. Fortunately, she found pity when she tried to stow away on the Fairfax Ferry and Captain Edmark decided to give her a job, which she gladly accepted and soon became first mate.
