Halstrea Clover

Halstrea Clover is a half-elf druid from Jacklight Grove who spends her days amongst the forest, collecting mushrooms and herbs. Though a bit reclusive, she is kind and friendly to the occasional traveler in Deepwood. But like all of the residents of Jacklight Grove, she was forced to keep a secret for far too long. The Covenant of Glovan, the sorcerer who enslaved the town for 20 years. During that time, Halstrea met a traveler name Fatusi T'choko, an elf artist who was passing through. After spending time together, they fell in love. Then the day came that Halstrea found herself to be pregnant. She knew that her child would be born into the same captivity as other Jacklight Grove residents, and did not want the same for Fatusi. So he drove him away, lying and saying she did not want him anymore until her finally left. It was only a few years later, when the Nameless Ones came to town, that Glovan was defeated and Halstrea, along with the other residents, were free.
The Nameless Ones saw Halstrea and her daughter, Zia, reunited with Fatusi in Red Leaf. The three became a family again, and moved back to Halstrea's woodland home in Jacklight Grove, where she still resides as a neighbor and friend to Luther Anvilson.
