Praxton Moxx is the King of Durant, and the primary cause for the cities downward spiral. He is greedy and cares little for the people of his city. King Praxton is always interested in hearing an offer that will gain himself more, but otherwise, has no time for outsiders. He can be quite cruel at times, but generally conveys apathy towards others. He has plenty of bastard children, most of whom are born to prostitutes who gain no further attention from him. When the day comes that he finally dies, no one will mourn the loss.
