Fenric Bartolomeo
Fenric Bartolomeo is a Dragonborn scribe within the Monican Church.
Born on Aerus, he lived a childhood in poverty until the local Monican mission taught him how to read scripture. With his new found literacy he took up a position as a scribe, and hoping to convert the local Dragonborn population. He has also developed an ear for languages and is fluent in Kobold as well.
Inspired by tales of <Rank> Shai, Fenric hopes a strong Central Amstral would allow for his people to be lifted out of poverty and piracy on Aerus. He is a member of the Monican Reconciliationists and support's The Speaker's desires to unify Amstral.
