Relict Steelborn

Deep in the ruins of the Southern Isles, in sealed and warded chambers, Steelborn, perfectly preserved, and only lacking a small spark of magic to return to life, have inexeplicably been found. These 'Relicts' are fully sentient once reactivated, but their personalities appear random, and their frames are augmented by strange custom creations, that are as powerful as they are hard to repair. Lacking a defined purpose in the world, they strive to make their own purposes, and unravel their own mysteries.
