Lsi Pu

Lsi Pu (pronounced "See-pu") is a sorcerer that attacked Lord Rego's castle. He controlled a powerful air elemental, and used it to siege Lord Rego's home. Lord Rego asked for the aid of The Lyceum, but they refused. This lasted for weeks, but eventually, Lsi Pu stopped his attack, and hasn't been seen since. This event happened decades ago.
