Master Thravanvost

A dwarf witnessed wearing a silver cap and mantle, riding and playing with a sphinx. This was noted as odd, since sphinx's typically are solitary and serious.
Knights on the road to Seaquen told us about him:
"You saw Master Thravanvost - War mage and chief wizard for King Steppengard - out with his mount Nashara. Fortunate to have witnessed that. A majestic sight to be sure."
