Nelle

An old, bone-skinny unicorn, its white coat gray with ash, horn chipped and burnt, stands vigil at the Mouth of the White River over many burned elves in the Innenotdar Fire Forest, maintaining a decades-old promise to Bhurisrava.
Nelle told the party about Bhurisrava's efforts to care for as many of his people as he could, bringing the suffering to Nelle for watching over. He told of efforts to bring one of the suffering out of the forest which ended in the person "guttering out like a candle" once they were out of sight of the forest. He showed the party 18 elves still burning on the ground of the shrine he guarded, their minds long gone from the pain. He also said Indomitability called itself a "child of Trilla" and the word "trillith" has been heard among the forest since it arrived.
