I am the Empelle, I am the EMPELLOR! Ruler of all subjects west of the Khor Mountains. To defy me is to defy Civilization!

-6th Empellor of the Solier Empelle; Herminius Solmins, commonly called the Mad Law.
The most powerful individual of the Solier Empelle. Both good and horrific Empellor's have ruled the Empelle. Some where removed from office and others ruled until giving the rule over peacefully. The chain of Empellor's doesn't always follow the same bloodline, yet being the child to an Empellor often gives great advantage in doing so. By the 1800s there has been a total of 34 Empellors.

Several laws were made after the 3rd Empellor's death to ensure the future Empellors were not cruel. This did not stop several from being so, but it did decrease the chance of a unfit ruler.
