Elysium Rift

Located to the east of Aetheris, the Elysium Rifts are a vast series of deep canyons and gorges, stretching for hundreds of kilometers. These jagged chasms are filled with a perpetual mist and strange electromagnetic storms that interfere with most sensor readings. The Rifts are notorious for being difficult to traverse, with unpredictable tectonic activity causing constant rockfalls and shifts in terrain.
The intense interference from the storms makes it nearly impossible to get clear readings from the area. While initial scans indicate the possibility of a large metallic object embedded deep within the canyons, no exact location can be determined due to the constant interference.
