You are skilled at hitting your enemy exactly where you want to, either at range or in melee. You may modify your Hit Location result by up to +/–10 per time you have this Talent. So, if you had this Talent twice and hit location 34, the Right Arm, you could modify this down to 14, the Left Arm, or up to 54, the Body (see page 159).
