Siegfried von Walfen, cousin of the Emperor, is the Master of Imperial Spies. He maintains an independent secret intelligence network, independent from the Reikland Guard and the Witch Hunters, answerable only to Emperor Karl Franz. His task is to search for plots and threats from the Electors and other factions. This has earned him the nickname "The Witchfinder".
