A Mysterious Voice

Bob is, or possibly was, some kind of digital being. As of now very little is known about him, however, he clearly has had some form of input on the events that occurred through history. What little information I have on this enigmatic figure will be placed here so hopefully, we can understand who he was and what his motivations were.
He has never appeared physically to anyone, only sending out various messages, commands, and logs through digital interfaces. This implies to me he is some kind of digital being like the Silver Nautilus, as they seem to respond positively towards his name. However, every record I have gathered of him shows him to be rather normal outside the occasional command. Something which shows up on practically every computer I've ever interacted with. Even my datapad has some signs that he has tampered with it in the past in some way. Specifically, when I've looked into the logs of the machine, at the beginning it has a line that reads "New administrator set: Bob"

Mental characteristics

Personal history

The earliest examples of his exsistance seem to be from a conversation my dad had with a silver nautilus. He was told that Bob wasn't someone to be messed with, and that he still gives commands from time to time, all in the interest of the awoken. The silver nautilus then reminesed on what it called the "First Contract" which supposedly shaped our world. However it wouldn't answer any further prying on the subject.
