Led by The Blackstaff  at Blackstaff Tower . They seem to be good guys, but we don't really know much about their motivations or goals.
We need to get to 6 renown to join fully, we currently have 1.
Our first mission for Blackstaff was to seek out Lahm, a monk in a cave outside the city to find out what’s going on in the city. He said: "Evil’s twin hides its face for now, expect that to change before winter’s end". Blackstaff didn’t have much to say about this, she did pay us though.
