Captain Terrick

An agent of the Zhentarim. 
The Deepwater Protocol first met Terrick when he was posing as a Captain of the City Watch stationed to protect the monk Halm. The DP quickly uncovered the ruse, slayed Terrick and most of his men, and rescued Halm.
