The Farm with no Name

The party purchased a small farm in a hamlet north of Waterdeep, comprising of a shed and 3 acres of grassland enclosed by a low stone fence overground with weeds.
12 horses, three 2 seater coaches and three 4 seater coaches are stored here when not in use.
Six drivers are employed to operate the coaches and the report to the bar at midday to report and drop off their takings.
