Elgon Malkonian IV
Elgon Malkonian IV is the current CEO of Questgen .
THE STORY
Here’s something kind of complicated. Elgon Malkonian IV is actually the son of the first Elgon Malkonian. The OG. But it’s not like gross or anything. Let me explain. OG Malkonian’s first kid, aka The II, didn’t make it. There are LOTS of rumors about what happened there, but I’m not going to go into them. Let’s just say he didn’t make it out of infancy, okay? Then there’s Malkonian III, aka The Droid. That’s right. OG basically developed a familial relationship with an android and named it after him. And everyone knew. They thought it was sweet because the old man had lost a kid, and it didn’t look like he was going to have another. Let the old man have his fantasy. Rich people getting weird; water is wet. So the OG is about to turn 97 years old, and he shows up with a BABY. Elgon Malkonian IV aka The Quatro. Reporters were like “How’d you get that baby?” And OG just says “We’re just so very fortunate.” So it’s not like gross, like OG banged his grandson’s wife and they had a kid… but it’s not normal either right? It goes on like this for years with a kid growing up with an android and they're sharing the same family name. From the outside looking in, it's a little kooky but it seems like they're keeping it together. Quatro grows up and starts working for the old man at Questgen because he's daddy's boy and everything is looking fine. So when does it start to fall apart? I guess when Quatro has "the accident". One day Quatro ends up in the hospital with three broken vertebrae. OG looks heartbroken and vows to fix his son's back. It's a big big story and everyone's rooting for the kid. No one talks about how we start seeing a lot less of The Droid after that. A few years pass and Quatro gets a new spine, which means everyone with broken backs can get a new spine. And he's just moving up the ranks of the company until he's Vice President. Call it nepotism if you want, but the kid was hot shit and nobody was complaing... outloud. It looks like Quatro is next in line to run the company but, OG he just keeps living. 100, 110, 130…. OG just won’t go down. He’s making history. And Quatro he’s ready to make his own history. He wants the keys to the car, but OG is still driving. I guess the kid had enough of that shit. Suddenly, we start hearing rumors about OG being more interested in living forever. Maybe we ain’t meant to live that long, and OGs brain is starting to slip. Then someone "close to the family" leaks to the paper that The Droid was the one who gave Quatro the broken back all those years. Said it might have some malfunction in its programs, but OG hasn't done anything about it. Now everyone’s talking. “How could OG keep that android around after what it did to the kid?” “Quatro is so brave growing up in that circus.” Next thing you know there’s a court order to dismantle The Droid, and OG is looking at a vote of no confidence from Questgen’s Board of Directors. They’re talking about Quatro like he’s going to revitalize the company’s image. Put a fresh face on this soulless mega-corporation. Besides the newspapers love Quatro. He’s young and handsome, and he’s overcoming the adversity of a broken back and weird family. People like an underdog, right? And that’s how Elgon Malkonian IV became the man. Suddenly Questgen’s stock is through the roof and he’s CEO of the year. Everybody loves Quatro. And that’s why I don’t trust him. Anybody that beloved has some bodies hidden under the floorboards, you know what I’m sayin’? Like literally. I’ve been reading a lot of stuff on some message boards and there are stories, man. Scientists who’ve seen some strange shit with cadavers in the lab. Twitchin' and floppin' about. Maybe Quatro is more like his dad than we realized. Maybe he’s looking to live forever too.
