Laurence Gielgud
Always an academic with a flair for the dramatic, Laurence was born in England, though his parents moved to the states when he was a young boy. His mother is a researcher of old books and ancient texts, and deeply into archeology. His father however, turned out to be more of a con man, cheated on his mother several times before he and his mother divorced when Laurence was a young teen. Laurence has had limited contact with his father since.
Laurence is currently trying to distance himself from a dance student of Italian decent who has become infatuated with him, and he knows her family has some strong mob ties.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tall and athletic build (6'2", around 200lbs), well dressed and nice looking.
Body Features
Fair skinned, no tattoos. Tall and appears healthy. No really noticeable distinguishing body features.
Facial Features
Strong angular features generally found attractive by most women (and some men). One of the reasons he has a tendency towards vanity.

None to speak of, except for a mole on his left buttock that looks somewhat like a 4 leaf clover.
Physical quirks
When irritated or particularly stressed, he will sometimes get a twitch above his right eye.
Special abilities
Has began combining his magic tricks with his chemistry expertise, as in creating smoke bombs and flash paper. Also has learned to repack ammunition for firearms (mostly handguns, but also 12 and 20 gauge shotguns). As a result, is fairly proficient in their use.

Usually dressed in a nice suit and fashionable bow tie. Loose nice fitting slacks. Standard black and white colors, black wing tipped - well polished shoes.

Was employed as a dance instructor, but now trying to separate himself from some 'uncomfortable' situations with certain female students. Currently looking for work in chemistry, metallurgy, or possibly follow opportunities to gain more knowledge of his hobby in occult studies.
