Apostle Karlovič

The Apostle Karlovič is the leader of the northern branch of the Tsorgan faith, as well as the head of state of the Apostolic Federation of Bočechnia. He is a most powerful individual, who has years of experience in warfare and religious evangelism, although statecraft is a relatively new subject for him.
