Dìguó Wài Fáng (Imperial Outer Defence)

The DWF (Dìguó Wài Fáng) or IOD (Imperial Outer Defence) is a union of 6 forts surrounding Zhongsun. They are interlocked with tunnels, with the exeption of Yàosài III Shí shuǐ.
