Platinieu

''A gentle stream leads to a small decaying wooden gate just before the slopes of the high green hills behind. Behind this gate live the people of Platinieu, or the Platini.''

Government

This village acts as a de juro part of Bataque itself, being directly controlled by steward Mosyus II in name of the Vexan king. The facto Platinieu is more self organized, with only the pay of taxes being a fixed thing in the village. In name the law are the guards of Bataque, but in recent years they have become lazy of traveling the 12 hours to the village and the execution of the law in Platinieu is taken over by the people themselves, making trespassers' fate not too sure here.

Defences

Since the founding of the village around the year 1050AZ the village was defended by 5 wooden towers surrounding the village, also on top of the two large hills straight behind the village stood 2 large watchtowers. In the Vexan Revolt and by natural decay in the following years those watchtowers decayed to rubble, but the village towers still stand. In preparation of the incoming assault of the 2nd Prabaiian Legion and the Battle of the Frozen Legion, the inhabitants builded a wooden palisade connecting the towers, and a small gatehouse on the southern and western road was build, this wall is at the current day in very bad shape, seeing that the wall was not oiled since it was first build and was rotting since.

Infrastructure

Entering the village a large town square unfolds with on it a small temple dedicated to the Raven Queen. Multiple dirt roads lead further in the village, leading to the tavern, multiple permanent shops and a well.
