Animate Coil

Wondrous item - very rare  
A round, flat container of toughened glass, containing an intricate coiling spiral of platinum cord and engraved sigils, filled with a shimmering metallic-cyan liquid and weighing nearly 15kg. The coiled wire spools out of a sealed cork, twisting and following the will of magic users nearby, and at a thought it wicks the liquid out and into the spellcaster's hands.   The animate coil has 20 charges. When you hold the coil and casts a spell between 1st and 5th level, you may begin concentrating (as if on a spell) and expend a number of charges equal to the spell's level to give it life. The spell's effects do not take place, and instead a living version of the spell is created. Once all charges of the coil are expended, it becomes inert unless recharged over time in a zone of extreme magical devastation, such as Scora Bael or the Mournland, regaining 1d6 charges per week or per downtime activity.   The living spell is created at a point of your choice within range, and persists for 1 minute after which it collapses into liquid and energy. The living spell is friendly to you and follows your commands as long as you concentrate on the spell. If you stop concentrating, it persists but becomes hostile to all creatures and no longer follows your orders.   It follows the statistics of the living spells in Rising From the Last War, with the level of the spell used to animate it increasing it's strength, with a 1st level spell being CR1 and a 5th level spell being CR7. The living spell is immune to any damage types the spell can inflict, can cast the spell that created it as a recharge 6 ability, and is immune to many conditions.
