Barrad
A fire giant belonging to the New Su'Lat League based out of their Academy, somewhat friendly to the party.
After the site had been attacked by Sulatar, dealt with a coup inspired by Quori, and had the team from Beacon sweep through, Barrad was one of the few survivors left to rebuild their clan. It's unclear how much they're sticking to the model of the "New Su'Lat", but it's clear that they no longer believe Adaxus was leading them.
