A finely made, blue-lacquered brass bell, doused in divination enchantments. When rung, it is audible only to the person holding it, and after being run allows the holder to hear the surface thoughts of creatures within 5ft of them, as per the detect thoughts spell. After doing this, it cannot be rung again until the next dawn.
