Cloak of Mists

This long, diaphanous white cloak trails down around the wearer's knees, the fabric becoming softer and finer before dissolving into a fine, everflowing mist. The embroidery on the collar claims it once belonged to Lyndara, the ancient giant alchemist.
As a bonus action, the wearer can activate the cloak to cast misty step, teleporting 30 feet to a location they can see. The property recharges after a short or long rest.
