Dolurrhi Soul Ember
Wondrous Item - very rare
A pale-blue, fist sized lump of glassy, pearlescent husksteel, burning with a cold blue flame. It radiates the power of Dolurrh, sapping will and draining magic. The soul ember emits bright light in a 20ft. radius, and dim light in a further 20ft. radius. When uncovered and removed from its protective box, it interferes with nearby magical items. If a character is within 5ft of an exposed soul ember at the beginning of their turn, all magic items on their person have their current and maximum charges reduced by 1d6, as their stores of power fill with Dolurrhi grey apathy. This reduction in maximum charges fades at a rate of 1 charge per hour. The soul ember burns for 7 days after being removed from the Crucible, after which time it extinguishes and becomes inert.
