Empress Yasin

The ruler of the fiefdom of New Kleos, styling herself Empress Yasin, Daughter of Kleos, Last Archon, Closest to the Heavens, Gatherer of the Waters, Rainbringer, Guardian of the Deep Reserve.
A cloud giant woman of regal bearing and patience, she holds a somewhat questionable rule over the Kleos Aquifer her people hold sacred, the citadel, and the surrounding farmland villages irrigated by the Aquifer. Seems to genuinely care about her people and take her position seriously, but with a concerning, casual assumption of giant superiority over the smaller races that may be a concern. Leads a semi-divine cult devoted to Kleos, who they revere as a savior of their people due to his patronage of the Aquifer.
While she was courted by Adaxus, even with an offer of a political marriage to the returned fire giant, she was convinced by the party from Beacon to stay independent. The threat of disease and drought to her people was prevented by the party, and Adaxus' ambassador to her proved to be willing to devastate her people to force them to join with him. After this, she has offered gratitude to Beacon, and become a trading partner offering their surplus of clean water and maize to Beacon in exchange for medical assistance and artifacts.
