A single vial of deep crimson liquid, a label added by its previous owner. Inked in a precise script is the name "Ferryman's Calling". A contract made in liquid, this summons and binds transportation for the rakshasa for their agents. When poured into a large body of water, the liquid spreads through an area up to 100ft in diameter, and summons a thick mist as per the spell fog cloud. From this mist, a fiendish boatman bound to the Flotilla of Ire is summoned, along with a 20 ft. wide portal to a region of Khyber, specified when this item was created. The boatman takes the form of a marraenoloth demon, and will follow the instructions of their summoner for 1 hour, until their transportation to the designated location is complete, or until the summoner refuses transportation and allows the demon to leave.
