A two-foot-long, vibrant, twisting bundle of rounded glass, violet light, and coiling vines, twisting around each other and seeming to change its pattern every time you blink.
If a creature uncovers the Heart and places it in contact with the ground, light erupts around it unpredictably, playing across the nearby landscape and tapping into a random domain of Thelanis.
