Keeper Ishka

Once a giant, now an undead creature known as a Flameskull, Iska claims to be responsible for oversight and administration at the "Fires of Rebirth", a facility at the base of the Tower of Alchemy. In life, was a fire giant and talented wizard. Seems to have starved when the complex above the Fires was destroyed by an unknown force, making it impossible to escape.
