Legate Rinza

Met by the party when searching for information on Keht Pradahk, the Forge of Hours, Rinza seems to lead the local sahuagin, or sea devils.
One of their four-armed nobility, she has come across as intense and unscrupulous, and very much beholden to the "Eternal Dominion of the Deep Empire", their ancient underwater domain, who've sponsored the sahuagin's attempt to set up a colony in the oceans near the island. She's attempting to organise the town to assist with a heist, breaking into a vault on the barrier islands occupied by the local giants.
In time, the heist was called off in favour of liberating their lost colony site, driving away a morkoth and freeing them to return, scouring ruins below the surface to fulfil their duties to their empire.
