Quori Provisioner Stone

A large, 60cm square slab of heavy dark stone, engraved with magical runes and conjuring circles. The Provisioner Stone holds up to 10 charges, and regains 1d10+2 charges each day at dawn.
Placing an object (usually a bowl or cup) on the stone triggers a charge to fill the object with a nourishing but bland gruel, and a small dose of marching powder, which loses its potency after 24 hours. Two serves of the gruel a day keeps a Medium creature fed and sustained.
Any creature consuming a dose of the marching powder gains advantage on Strength checks and saves, and suffers no ill effects from any amount of exhaustion for 24 hours. Once the effect expires or another dose is taken, the creature must make a DC15 Constitution saving throw. On a success, they suffer one level of exhaustion; on a failure they suffer two levels.
