Raoul ir'Trannick
Member of the Arcane Congress and mayor of Arcanix Village, and a colleague of the Kendalls and Cadabras. A human man in his 40's, with more of a reputation as a politician and civil servant than as a spellcaster, but a talented enough wizard when he gets the time to work on his spellcraft.
Was implicated in the plot to abduct and question Voroc, hiring the gang that kidnapped the wrong person. Was beaten badly in combat by disguised heroes from Beacon, and revealed that Prince Adal had asked him to bring Voroc in. As of yet, hasn't faced justice for what he did.
