Saladronax's Claw

Wondrous Item - legendary - requires attunement by a spellcaster
An elaborate gauntlet-like construction of fine chain, bronze clasps, elaborate filigree plates, gemstones in metal cages, and crystalline glass panels. Designed to be worn on the right hand, it thrums with barely-contained draconic magic.   Imbued With Magic. While you are wearing and attuned to Saladronax's Claw, you can use it as a spellcasting focus, and you gain a +1 bonus to your spell attack rolls and spell save DC.   Innate Spells. The Claw is innately attuned to lightning and wind. While wearing it, you may treat the spells gust of wind, fly, lightning bolt, storm sphere and chain lightning as though they were prepared and on your spell list, although they still require spell slots to cast.   The Claw has 3 charges, and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You may use charges in the following ways:   Lightning Attractor. When you suffer lightning damage, you may expend 1 charge and attempt to redirect it to a nearby creature. As a reaction, you gain resistance to the triggering lightning damage, and you may make a spell attack roll against another creature within 30 ft. If you hit, they suffer the same amount of lightning damage as you just did.   Fulmination: When a creature you can see suffers damage from a spell you cast, you may use your reaction and 1 charge to pulse more energy through the strike. The triggering creature suffers an additional 2d6 lightning damage, and if it is Large or smaller it is knocked prone.   Project Energy: As an action, you may expend 1 charge to extend a length of crackling energy from the Claw. It counts as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient, and remains for up to 1 minute. It deals 2d10 force damage on a hit and has the finesse and light properties. If you release your grip on the energy, it dissipates immediately. Until 1 minute after its initial creation, you can use a bonus action to cause the energy to reappear.
